Pottery Wheel Pumpkin
Celebrate the season at the wheel! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to throw a hollow, closed form and transform it into a plump, charming pumpkin. We'll guide you through centering, pulling up walls, and gently closing the top, then show you how to carve in those classic ridges and add a stem and curly vine by hand.
Some wheel experience is needed. Beginners will leave with a pumpkin and a solid introduction to the wheel, and returning potters can experiment with size, shape, and surface details. Your pieces will be bisque-fired and glazed in your choice of autumn colors, then ready for pickup about 2-3 weeks. They make perfect fall table decor, porch accents, or handmade gifts.
All clay, tools, glazes, and firings are included. Wear clothes you don't mind getting muddy, and come ready to have some seasonal fun

Come celebrate Halloween at Speckle Studio with clay, creativity, and a little bit of magic.
Get into the spooky spirit as you learn to create your very own pumpkin-inspired pinch pot from clay. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of shaping, carving, and painting.
No previous pottery experience is needed — just come ready to get your hands muddy and have some Halloween fun! Create something special to take home and enjoy for years to come. Afterwards, we will glaze and fire your work for you. It’ll be ready for pick-up in 2 weeks and you’ll have 30 days to pick it up.

This is a workshop for absolute beginners. All materials are provided.
Join us in our fantastically beautiful studio for a festive night of slab building custom cheese boards and charcuterie serving platters, perfect for stealing the show at every holiday gathering!
You’ll learn how to build a slab platter from start to finish, shaping the edges, adding a lip or handles, and making it the ideal canvas for your favorite cheeses, cured meats, and sweet little extras. Get creative with texture, carve in wintery patterns, or add a personal touch that makes it truly yours. We’ll take it from there, glazing your work in cozy seasonal colors and firing it for you. It’ll be ready for pick-up in 2 weeks, and you’ll have 30 days to pick it up, just in time to impress your guests!
BYOB Oh, and of course, be ready to let your creativity run wild and make the most stunning spread of the season!

Join us in our fantastically beautiful studio for a merry night of sculpting and carving decorative holiday bells, complete with ceramic clappers and festive suspension cords!
You will make up to 3 bells. Or one really big one!You’ll learn how to shape a hollow bell from start to finish, form a clapper to ring inside, and add a loop for hanging. Get creative with carved snowflakes, evergreen boughs, holly berries, or any wintery detail you can dream up. We’ll take it from there, glazing your work in cozy seasonal colors and firing it for you. It’ll be ready for pick-up in 2-3 weeks, and you’ll have 30 days to pick it up. We’ll even help you choose a festive cord to hang it with, so it’s ready for your tree, your mantel, or a thoughtful gift!

All materials and fees are included in the class price, and our professional artists will handle the glazing and trimming.
This is a workshop for absolute beginners or those in need of a refresh!
Have you always wanted to try the pottery wheel? Can't stop thinking about The Great Pottery Thrown Down? We have a solution!
Our experienced instructors will teach you how to center clay, bring up the walls, and shape it into your very own pot. Each student will get to keep two hand-thrown pieces to take home and cherish. Sign up now to discover the joy of creating something beautiful with your own hands.
Tie back long hair, wear comfy clothes you don’t mind getting muddy, trim long fingernails, and bring a bevvie.
Pots are ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after the workshop. You have 30 days to pick up your work once it’s ready.
